As CTO, Asaad leads the visualisation team with a focus on precision, innovation, and photorealistic detail. Focused and approachable, he ensures that the technology behind Vios is always pushing boundaries, delivering immersive experiences that allow clients to see the future before it’s built.
An early adopter of Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) in late 2024, he recognized that the future of web-based real estate would be defined by immersion and speed rather than static rendering.
He has since continued R&D aiming to become the bridge between the technology and industry.
